  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing from your order

📌 Note: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

📌 Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

📌 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery

📌 Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds may be issued via cash, bank transfer, or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)

📌 Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product (subject to availability).

📌 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the delivery cost
