- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is missing from your order
📌 Note: You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

To qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
📌 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- You change your mind after placing the order
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The complaint is made after 24 hours of delivery

- Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days
- Refunds may be issued via cash, bank transfer, or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
📌 Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product (subject to availability).
📌 Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the delivery cost
